(2) Once price is confirmed and 30% deposit paid, we will arrange pre-production sample.
(3) Mass production will be started after sample approval.
(4) Balance to be paid before shipping.
(5) Air/ ocean shipment will be arranged after receiving balance payment.

----Yes, we offer free samples, but usually we need customers to pay the postage.
4. Usually how long does it take me to get my order?
